Cavli Wireless’ low-cost, low-power C41QS modules support global cellular, LTE Cat NB1/NB2, and Cat M1 connectivity (compatible with 3GPP E-UTRA Release 14 standards), and optional GNSS functionality (GPS/BeiDou/SBAS/QZSS), for worldwide coverage in applications that include:

  • Health care
  • Smart home
  • Smart city
  • Energy infrastructure and utilities
  • Security

Ideal for compact IoT builds, the C41QS is available in a 17.7 x 15.8 x 2.0 mm, LGA Package with options for 4x UART, 1x USIM, 1x SWD, 1x I2C, 1x SPI, and 2x GPIO interfaces. Additional pins are included for the cellular and GNSS antennas, and the device features an integrated eSIM that allows for device management and monitoring via Cavli’s Hubble platform. The C41QS modules run Free RTOS to support your application with peak downlink and uplink speeds of 127 kbps and 158.5 kbps respectively (LTE Cat NB2).
