If you’re designing for AI or electric vehicles, traditional capacitors may no longer cut it. YAGEO ceramic capacitors are designed to meet the demands of high-frequency systems without sacrificing space or reliability. At PCIM 2025, YAGEO showcased its latest innovations, enabling engineers to reduce board size while enhancing performance.

Designed for AI and EV Power Systems

Ceramic capacitors are everywhere. But YAGEO’s versions stand out in high-performance environments. The company is seeing strong demand from AI computing and enterprise systems. These applications need components that can handle high switching frequencies in compact spaces.

Electric vehicles are another key area. As vehicles become more electrified, power systems need more efficient and compact passives. YAGEO ceramic capacitors help engineers meet these requirements by offering both high reliability and high power density.

Smaller Footprint, Higher Efficiency

YAGEO’s Connect Series makes it easier to save space. This stackable, leadless design allows multiple capacitors to fit in the same footprint. Engineers can “build upwards, not outwards,” saving up to 75% of board space without compromising capacitance or frequency response.

In one example, a 4×4 vertical array replaced a traditional 16×4 flat layout. Both offered the same electrical performance, but the stacked design used far less PCB real estate. That’s a big win in space-constrained AI and EV systems.

Built for High-Frequency Designs

As switching frequencies increase, traditional film capacitors struggle to keep up. That’s where YAGEO ceramic capacitors outperform. They support resonant converters and other high-frequency topologies used in next-gen AI and automotive systems.

These ceramic options are more than just compact. They’re purpose-built for demanding environments, making them a reliable choice for engineers pushing the limits of size and performance.

Tools That Help You Design Faster

YAGEO also supports engineers with tools to speed up development. The company’s Weissim simulation software lets users test capacitor behaviour before buying. Engineers can simulate voltage bias, frequency response, and other key parameters.

In addition to simulation, YAGEO offers 3D models, STEP files, datasheets, and application support. This E2DI (easy-to-design-in) approach ensures engineers can quickly integrate YAGEO ceramic capacitors into their designs.
