Each week features a handful of technology companies, with our engineers building on their hardware and software live. One company joins each event free with the Spotlight place.
Free hardware
We give hardware away every month. Tell us what you’re building.
Every month we send dev boards and kits from our sessions to engineers with upcoming projects. Join a week, tell us about your project, and we’ll match you to the hardware that fits it.

Questions about free hardware
Is it optional?
Yes. You can join any session without asking for hardware. The project questions only matter if you want a board.
How do you choose?
We match each board to the projects it fits best, with priority for engineers working on real designs. The more you tell us about your project, the better your chances.
What hardware is there?
Boards and kits from the companies presenting that month, so what’s available changes with each theme.
More than one project?
Tell us about each one in the form. We review every request.

FAQ
Questions engineers ask
Is it free?
Yes. Every live session and every recording is free to join.
What time are the sessions?
Live sessions run at 4pm UK / 11am ET. From January 2027, live weeks run in the second week of each month.
What if I can’t make it live?
Sign up anyway. Every session is recorded and free to watch on demand.
Do I need any hardware?
No. You can watch and ask questions without any hardware. If you want to build along, apply for the dev boards we give away each month.
What do the weeks cover?
Each week covers the hardware, software and tools behind one theme: the chips, boards and modules, the SDKs, models and software stacks that run on them, and the tools you build, debug and test with.
Do you give away hardware?
Yes. Every month we send dev boards and kits from our sessions to engineers with upcoming projects. Join a week and tell us what you’re building to be considered. We can’t send hardware to everyone who asks, so the more detail you give, the better.
Who runs the sessions?
The ipXchange engineering team, with experts from the companies whose technology is featured that week.
What happens to my details?
We use them to send you the sessions that fit your project. By signing up you agree to receive communications from ipXchange and its partners, and you can unsubscribe any time.

Crossing the chasm
Edge AI is crossing the chasm. Help your customers cross with you.
The early adopters have tried edge AI. The next wave is the early majority: teams with products already in the market, moving to AI in their next design. They’re pragmatic and they don’t buy from a datasheet. Before they design you in, engineers have to know you, understand you, trust you and evaluate you. That’s what an Engineering Week does.
Know you
Engineers can’t design in what they’ve never heard of. A week puts your name in front of hundreds of professional engineers working on that theme.
Understand you
Our engineers explain what your technology does and where it fits, in their own words, in live webinars built for the theme.
Trust you
Engineers trust other engineers. They see it running, hands-on, with your spokesperson answering their questions live.
Evaluate you
Boards, recordings and follow-up sessions let them try it on their own project, and tell you when they’re ready to talk.
We chose to work with TKO because we wanted a one stop shop/agency that could work as an extension of our marketing team, be able to do the more regular tasks as well as the innovative ones that would help set us apart. Above all there had to be chemistry between both teams. We love working with TKO, great team of human beings.”

How places work
Try one event free. Then reach professional engineers all year.
Your next customers are engineers working on real designs. The free place gives one company per event a real taste of reaching them through us. Sponsored places get the full package, from the session to every lead the event brings in.
- Your own live session, run by our engineers
- A seat on the opening roundtable
- Leads from the professional engineers who attend your session
- Nothing to sign afterwards
- Your own live session and a seat on the roundtable
- A board request campaign that puts your hardware with engineers on real projects

- Your session recordings to use afterwards
- A plan across the year, built around the weeks that fit your roadmap
On livestream days, sponsored places also get a main ipXchange video or demo filmed at your booth, plus four shorts.
Most companies try one event first, see the engineers and the leads it brings them, then plan their year around the weeks and shows that fit their launches. That way your technology is in front of the professional engineers designing products every time it matters to you.
FAQ
Questions partners ask
Is the Spotlight place really free?
Yes. One company joins each event free, with nothing to sign afterwards. It’s a taster: your own live session, a roundtable seat and the leads from the professional engineers who attend your session.
How do you choose?
We pick the best fit for the week: how relevant your technology is to the theme, whether engineers can get hold of the hardware, and whether you have a spokesperson and a demo ready.
What if we are not selected?
You get first refusal on the other partner places for that week, before they go on general release.
Can we apply for more than one week?
Yes. Apply for every week that fits. Engineers come back as their projects move, so companies in related themes through the year meet the same engineers at evaluation and again at design-in.
What counts as a lead?
Anyone who registers for a gated session. Every lead includes name, job title, company and industry.
Can we ask our own questions?
Yes. Add questions to the registration form, and we run live polls during your session on application, project stage and volume.
Who runs the sessions?
The ipXchange engineering team. Our engineers host, follow your expert hands-on and take questions live alongside your spokesperson.
What do we need to provide?
A spokesperson and a demo where it helps. We build the presentation flow, messaging and landing page with you.
Can we target a region?
Weeks are promoted worldwide. Targeting specific companies or countries is available on request.
