Power Integrations SCALE-iFlex Module Adapted Gate Drivers For Half-Bridge Power Modules

Power Integrations’ plug-and-play gate drivers are optimised for select IGBT, hybrid, and full-SiC (silicon carbide) MOSFET power modules rated at 1200-3300 V blocking voltage. A single dual-channel gate driver can be used to control up to 4 power modules, and they are mechanically designed to sit on top of the power module with a matching footprint for the most scalable solution.
