Digi’s ConnectCore System-on-Modules (SoMs) provide designers with a secure, compact heart for building long-lasting industrial-grade connected devices that run on embedded Linux – Digi Embedded Yocto provides a fully tested, reliable Linux solution for their ConnectCore product line. The MP157 SoM is based on an STMicroelectronics STM32MP157 MPU that features Arm dual Cortex-A7 cores running at 650 MHz, as well as a Cortex-M4 core running at 209 MHz. This SoM is available in a 29 mm x 29 mm x 3 mm surface mount form factor, using 76-pad edge castellated pads (1.27 mm pitch) or 245-pad LGA (1.27 mm pitch) soldering connections for easy, reliable integration. Digi’s ConnectCore MP157 Development Kit is a fully featured board for testing the MP157 SoC.
